The conference takes place from January 29st and January 30st, 2024“ in Konvikt– the Arts Centre of Palacký University Olomouc (Univerzitní 3, 771 80 Olomouc).

How can I register for the conference?

See section Registration.

How should I proceed to pay the conference fee?

The international payment can be made to bank account no. 43-3855090287/0100. The variable symbol is 992103391 (if your bank does not provide this field in the transfer form, please insert the variable symbol into the message for recipient).

The specific symbol will be generated by the system and sent to you in the confirmation e-mail after your application is received. Insert your specific symbol into corresponding field (if your bank does not provide this field in the transfer form, please insert the specific symbol into the message for recipient). Please, state also the participant’s name in the message for recipient.

We will provide the payment confirmation during the application process. We prefer payments in advance.

The registration will be accepted after receiving the payment of the conference fee.

Please note that the participants are OBLIGED to provide a payment confirmation (e.g. bank transfer report) at the registration point at the conference venue.

Do I get a confirmation of participation?

Each participant will receive a certificate about active/passive participation.

Will there be an organized transportation to the conference venue?

Transportation is not organized.

When will the conference programme be published?

The conference programme will be made public within a week after the active applications are finished.

When will the conference begin?

The conference will start on January 29st and January 30st, 2024, the registration will be opened from 8am.

Will there be a social programme?

Yes, a social reception is planned within the conference programme. Details will be stated later. Besides other things, we will announce the winner of the poster contest at the evening.

How does the poster contest work?

The main author presents the poster within the poster section. The raters will evaluate the posters and then discuss their ratings to achieve a consensus. The contest results will be announced at the social reception.

When should I submit the presentation or a poster itself?

Bring your presentation and/or poster to the conference with you. You do not need to submit them in advance.

I am interested in publishing a paper in the conference proceedings, when should I submit it?
