CONTRIBUTION CATEGORIES AND NORMS

1.  Oral presentation (30 minutes; 20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes discussion)

Languages: Czech, Slovak or English

The oral presentation is targetted to broad audience of up to 150 listeners. Standard technical equipment will be available (laptop, projector, laser pointer with presentation control buttons). Other technical equipment must be requested and specified in advance in the presentation application. In the case of absence of other presenter in the same section, the remaining presentations can be prolonged by an equal amount of time.

2.  Workshop (90 minutes; length can be adjusted by agreement)

Languages: Czech, Slovak or English

Workshop is an interactive presentation with fewer listeners. The number of participants must be specified in the workshop application (maximum 30 participants). The workshop should entail interaction between the presenter and the listeners. Technical equipment will be prepared according to specifications in the workshop application.

3.  Poster

Languages: Czech, Slovak or English

Poster size is 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height) with vertical orientation. Poster session times will be stated in the programme. The posters must be placed at least 2 hours before the session start, so that the raters have enough time to evaluate all posters. The authors are required to be present at their posters and answer individual questions from interested participants. Note: poster „abstract“ should not be an abstract in traditional sense – instead, it should present a brief teaser, e.g. a summary of main findings.

The organizers reserve the right to change the programme, if a situation requires it.
